Hòuqī mòjiā 後期墨家
(‘Later Mohists’) Modern designation for the generations of Mohists generally thought to have flourished after Mò Dí and to have composed the dialectical chapters of the Mòzǐ, including the Mòjīng. The distinction between early and later Mohists is a modern historiographical reconstruction rather than an ancient self-description, although ancient sources already recognised divisions within the Mohist movement.
